Please allow 1-3 business days for Studio Kampina to prepare your order for shipping. When the package has been shipped you will receive an email confirmation and can expect delivery within the range selected. If you choose the 'Pick Up' option, you will be contacted about when and where to pick up your order. The studio is located in Elora, Ontario, Canada.

Studio Kampina is not responsible for lost items due to shipping on packages without tracking.

The delivery times may vary depending on region. For rural communities lettermail can take up to 13 days and Xpresspost can take up to 7.

Canadian orders are subject to applicable provincial tax.

USA + International

Studio Kampina is not responsible for delays due to customs. Customer is responsible for potential import duties and taxes.
